Marvel Studios ha ufficialmente confermato il cast di Avengers: Doomsday, in uscita nel 2026. Dopo l’addio al personaggio di Kang e all’attore Jonathan Majors, il nuovo antagonista dell’MCU sarà Victor Von Doom, interpretato da Robert Downey Jr., in un clamoroso ritorno nell’universo Marvel.
L’annuncio è stato dato durante una diretta sui social di Marvel Studios, dove è stato anche confermato che il film è entrato in produzione e arriverà nelle sale il 1° maggio 2026.

Un film evento per il Multiverso MCU
Con un cast che include personaggi di tutte le fasi del Marvel Cinematic Universe, oltre agli X-Men dell’era Fox e ai Fantastici Quattro, Avengers: Doomsday si preannuncia come un evento epico per il Multiverso.
La presenza di tanti eroi provenienti da diversi franchise suggerisce che la trama coinvolgerà pesantemente il Multiverso, un tema centrale della saga attuale. L’introduzione dei Fantastici Quattro e di Victor Von Doom indica che la battaglia contro il nuovo villain potrebbe avere ripercussioni su tutta la timeline dell’MCU.
